We want you to love your leotard as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation handy.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at meloramovement@gmail.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We stand by the quality of our pieces. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we’ve sent the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Want a different size? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, email us at meloramovement@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.
